It is basically an extremely heavy block of concrete used by the architects to test how much weight the ground was able to carry. Instruments monitored how far the block sank into the ground. The Schwerbelastungskörper sank 18 cm in the three years it was to be used for testing, a maximum depth of 6 cm was allowed. Using the evidence gathered by these gargantuan devices, it is unlikely the soil could have supported such structures without further preparation

Oprah Winfrey was bowled over by the story and gave Rosenblat a lot of footage, earning him a book deal for a memoir named 'Angel at the Fence'. Soon, it became clear that there was one problem with his life story - that it was a lie. So, the memoir will now be released as a novel

B - James Frey - his 'memoir', A Million Little Pieces was an Oprah Book Club selection and sold almost as many pieces as specified in the title, thanks to that. It soon came to fore that the 'memoir' was nothing more than a million little figments of Frey's imagination, causing Oprah to confront Frey on her show, eventually giving the book even more publicity.

Cracked by Arjun.
